These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the idr108 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or placing any wager. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in Indonesia to register and play. idr108 enforces strict KYC identity verification to ensure compliance. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently suspended.
All account balances and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified payment accounts — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and others — that match the registered member's verified identity.
All promotional credits and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated on each individual offer page. Bonus funds must be turned over the specified number of times before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Abuse of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
Each member is permitted a single registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to idr108's international licence jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration as described in Section 10. Indonesian consumer protection laws apply where mandated by applicable statute.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Wager" / "Bet" | Any real-money stake placed by a Member on any sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or numbers game available through the Platform. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits issued by idr108 that are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds deposited by the Member. |

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the idr108 Platform. This minimum age is non-negotiable and is enforced at multiple stages of the member lifecycle. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
2.2 Target Market. The idr108 Platform is operated for and marketed to English-preference players across Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from your own personal device for your own personal entertainment purposes.
2.3 KYC Verification. idr108 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by idr108 support staff will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in persistent cases, account closure. Any balance remaining in a suspended account will be held for a minimum of 90 days pending satisfactory verification.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are ineligible to open or maintain an account on the Platform:
2.5 Single-Market Access. The Platform is designed and optimised for access within Indonesia. idr108 makes no representation that the content or services offered on the Platform are appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside Indonesia. Members accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
3.1 One Account Per Member. Each individual is perm itted to hold exactly one registered account on the idr108 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, idr108 will consolidate or close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your profile promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes immediate grounds for account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. idr108 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other platform. You must notify idr108 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. idr108 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting idr108 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet — after deducting any outstanding Bonus Fund obligations — will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
3.5 Account Suspension by idr108. idr108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate game or betting outcomes, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other members.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the idr108 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idr108 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to member balances.
4.2 Supported Payment Methods. idr108 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels:
The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time. idr108 will post updates to the Platform's deposit/withdrawal page when methods are added or temporarily suspended. idr108 charges no platform fee on any deposit or withdrawal; however, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer charges.
4.3 Minimum & Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard and are subject to change. As a general guide, the minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 25.000 and via e-wallet is Rp 10.000, though idr108 may revise these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (08:00–00:00 WIB). Requests submitted within these hours are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for BCA and BRI transfers. Requests submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day. idr108 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only. Withdrawals will only be released to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered Member. Third-party withdrawals — i.e., releases to a bank account or e-wallet held in a different name — are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by idr108 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated on each individual offer page. Where a conflict exists between the specific offer terms and these General Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence only with respect to that particular promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, qualifying wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or higher, and must be on markets not excluded in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 One Bonus Per Offer Per Member. Each promotional offer is available once per registered Member, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. idr108 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus credits where it determines that a Member is exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, bonus stacking, or any other form of promotional abuse.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free bet credits will expire if not used within the timeframe specified on the relevant offer page, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Wallet with no replacement.
5.5 idr108 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. idr108 reserves the right to amend the terms of, or withdraw, any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Members who have already claimed a bonus before an amendment takes effect will be subject to the terms that were in force at the time of their claim.
5.6 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions. idr108 offers time-limited promotions aligned to Indonesia's cultural calendar, including Ramadhan reload bonuses, Idul Fitri cashback offers, Indonesian Independence Day free bets, and other seasonal campaigns. These are governed by the same bonus rules in this Section unless their individual terms state otherwise.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idr108 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:
7.1 Ownership. All content on the idr108 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, software, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and game content — is the exclusive property of idr108 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to Members.
7.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of idr108.
7.3 Prohibited Use. You must not use idr108's brand name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, in any marketing material, or in any context that implies an official affiliation or endorsement by idr108 without express written authorisation.
8.1 Platform Availability. idr108 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, idr108 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance windows, technical failures, third-party connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
8.2 Accuracy of Odds & Results. idr108 takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds and game results displayed on the Platform are accurate. In the event of a manifest error — including a clearly incorrect odds price, a data feed failure, or a technical malfunction affecting game results — idr108 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the Member's Wallet. idr108 is not obligated to honour payouts arising from manifest errors.
8.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idr108's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. idr108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if idr108 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
8.5 Member's Own Risk. Sports betting and casino gaming involve financial risk. idr108 provides an entertainment platform and does not guarantee any outcome or return on wagers. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited and that participation is entirely at your own risk.
9.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idr108 holds its international gaming licence. Indonesian consumer protection legislation applies to the extent mandated by applicable statute and cannot be excluded by this clause.
9.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact idr108 support in writing, providing a clear description of the complaint and the outcome you are seeking. idr108 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receiving a complete written complaint.
9.3 Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
9.4 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or consolidated proceeding against idr108. All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity.
10.1 Right to Amend. idr108 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via a notice on the Platform homepage or via the email address associated with your account, at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by urgent operational necessity.
10.2 Acceptance of Revised Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.4. idr108 will process any eligible balance remaining in your Wallet upon closure.
10.3 Version History. The current version number and effective date of these Terms are displayed in the page header above. Members may contact idr108 support to request a copy of a previous version for reference purposes.
